The Fijian Elections Office [‘FEO’] had given a notice to the National Federation Party on 19 October 2022 directing it to remove campaign material that was placed outside its headquarters on the road reserve in breach of Section 112(3) of the Electoral Act. The particulars of this had been made available to the media by the FEO.
The FEO has this morning noted that the said banner has been removed and the notice has been complied with.
