Dear FHL Shareholders,
The FEO is currently conducting the election for the Independent Director’s for Fijian Holdings Limited and has concluded the nominations process. On the link below, you will be able to access the following documents:

FHL Shareholders can now Object, Withdraw or Appeal to any nominations and this process is open from 8am on Friday, 22nd September 2023 and will close on the same day at 4pm.
