The Fijian Elections Office (FEO) will commence Phase 2 of its Elections Officials Recruitment Drive from 1 July to 25 July 2026, targeting specific areas where additional Election Officials are required to support the delivery of the upcoming General Election.

The recruitment drive will be conducted through face-to-face sessions, providing interested applicants the opportunity to complete the entire application process in person.

Recruitment venues will be published on a weekly basis through the FEO’s official digital platforms. Members of the public are encouraged to regularly check these platforms for the latest venue locations, dates, and times throughout the recruitment period.

The FEO is encouraging all eligible registered voters who are interested in serving their communities to apply and become part of the team responsible for delivering a fair, credible, and transparent election. At the recruitment venue, applicants will be asked to register, complete an electronic application form, and undertake a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The selection and appointment of Election Officials will be based on merit, including performance in the computer-based test and subsequent training assessments that follow.

Applicants attending a recruitment session must bring the following:

  • Voter Card;
  • Active bank details or M-Paisa/MyCash details;
  • Tax Identification Number, or TIN; and
  • Fiji National Provident Fund Statement or Joint Card.

The FEO would like to remind members of the public who have successfully applied during Phase one (1) that there is no need to reapply, as their applications have already been received and are currently being processed. The FEO would like to thank Fijians who showed interest during the first phase, and we look forward to welcoming more eligible applicants during Phase 2.

For further information, members of the public can contact the FEO toll-free number on 1501 or email us at eofficials@feo.org
