The Fijian Elections Office [‘FEO’] has recorded a total of 724 engagements after Day seven (7) of the Overseas Voter Registration Drive.
107 new voters have registered to vote while 617 voters have upgraded to the latest Blue VoterCard as at 14 July 2022.
The teams have so far covered 15 venues in Australia, eight (8) venues in New Zealand and two (2) venues in the United States.
Supervisor of Elections, Mr. Mohammed Saneem has urged Fijians living in these countries to check the schedule on the FEO website and Facebook page for information on where the teams will be based.
“Only a few more days are left for the drive so I would like to encourage Fijians to make use of the opportunity and register if they haven’t already,” Mr Saneem said.
Meanwhile, the Fiji Missions abroad are also providing voter services and will continue to register new voters until Writ Day which is when voter registration will officially close.

This round of registrations will conclude on 20 July 2022.
