The Registrar of Political Parties (Registrar), Ms Ana Mataiciwa, has approved the registration of the NeXTGEN ALLIANCE PARTY (NGAP) as a political party pursuant to the Political Parties (Registration, Conduct, Funding and Disclosures) Act 2013.
The Registrar confirms that NGAP has met all legal requirements for registration under the Act. Following its registration, NGAP is required to comply with all statutory obligations applicable to registered political parties, including the submission of relevant declarations and disclosures within the prescribed timelines.
The Registrar further advises that, following the completion of the application process and with no objections received against the application for registration, the approval of NGAP’s registration brings the total number of registered political parties in Fiji to nine (9).
