The Fijian Elections Office (FEO) Training of Trainers (ToT) for Field Trainers is now underway in the Western Division. The programme is designed to equip participants with the fundamental principles and practical skills required to independently lead and deliver training programmes.
The training will prepare FEO staff to train Election Officials who may be engaged to support Election Day operations.
More importantly, the programme supports participants in developing their skills not only as trainers, but also as facilitators, communicators, mentors, and leaders within the FEO. It aims to strengthen their capacity to effectively deliver training in preparation for upcoming electoral activities.
The two(2) day training is designed to build participants’ confidence and provide them with the knowledge and skills needed to conduct training independently. Through practical learning and hands-on activities, participants will gain the tools required to effectively share information and train others.
These trainings are part of the FEO’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its training capacity and ensure election officials are well prepared to support the delivery of Electoral activities across Fiji.
