Following the evaluation of the applications for registration as Political Parties by the proposed ‘All Peoples Party’ and the proposed ‘Kingdom United Party’, the Registrar of Political Parties has found that both applications have failed to meet the minimum requirements under Section (6) of the Political Parties (Registration, Conduct, Funding and Disclosures) Act 2013. Therefore, the Registrar has rejected the applications accordingly.
