Victorious Morning Fiji.
The Fijian Elections Office (FEO) is pleased to announce that Phase 2 of the Election Officials Recruitment Drive will begin from 1st July 2026 and run until 25th July 2026.
This phase is focused on recruiting Election Officials for specific areas where we need additional personnel to help deliver the upcoming General Election.
The recruitment drive will be conducted through face-to-face sessions, providing interested applicants the opportunity to complete the entire application process in person.
The recruitment venues will be published on a weekly basis through the Fijian Elections Office official digital platforms. We encourage interested applicants to keep checking these platforms regularly for the latest venue locations, dates, and times.
If you are an eligible registered voter and would like to play an important role in supporting Fiji’s democratic process, we encourage you to apply and serve your community.
At the recruitment venue, you will be asked to register, complete an electronic application form, and undertake a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The Fijian Elections Office remains committed to a fair, transparent, and merit-based recruitment process, providing equal opportunities to all applicants.
The selection and appointment of Election Officials will be based on merit, including performance in the computer-based test and subsequent training assessments that follow.
When attending a recruitment session, please remember to bring:
- Your Voter Card;
- Your active bank details or M-Paisa/MyCash details;
- Your Tax Identification Number, or TIN; and
- Your Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF) Statement or Joint Card.
We would also like to remind everyone who successfully applied during Phase one (1) that there is no need to reapply. Your applications have already been received and are currently being processed.
The Fijian Elections Office would like to thank Fijians who showed interest during the first phase and looks forward to welcoming more eligible applicants during Phase 2.
